Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of MME Flow and any services that reference these Terms. By creating an account, purchasing or activating a service, or otherwise using MME Flow, you agree to follow these Terms.

If you use MME Flow on behalf of a company, organisation or other business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If an order form, subscription agreement or other written agreement with MME Flow contains terms that conflict with these Terms, the specific written agreement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or continue using the relevant MME Flow services.

MME Flow services

MME Flow provides customer communication and business messaging tools that may include WhatsApp CRM functionality, chatbots, automated workflows, broadcast messaging, shared team inboxes, AI-assisted features, integrations and related tools.

Available features may depend on your plan, account configuration, connected services, technical availability, third-party platform requirements or other operational factors.

Platform scope MME Flow may add, improve or modify features as the platform develops, subject to applicable commitments and requirements.

Eligibility and authority

MME Flow is intended for businesses, organisations, professionals and authorised users who manage customer communication or related business workflows.

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement or be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation using MME Flow.

You must not create or use a MME Flow account where doing so would violate applicable law or another binding obligation.

Account registration and security

Certain MME Flow services require an account. Information provided during registration should be accurate, current and sufficient for account administration and service delivery.

  • Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
  • Give access only to people who are authorised to use the account on behalf of your organisation.
  • Maintain accurate contact, account and billing information.
  • Review account access when team members or responsibilities change.
  • Notify MME Flow if you become aware of suspected unauthorised access or misuse.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account by you and users whom you authorise, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement with MME Flow.

Acceptable use

MME Flow must be used responsibly and lawfully. You must not use the platform in a way that harms users, third parties, connected platforms or the integrity of the service.

Misuse

Unlawful or abusive activity

Do not use MME Flow for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening or prohibited activity.

Messaging

Unauthorised communications

Do not send prohibited spam, unsolicited bulk messages or communications without required permissions.

Security

Platform interference

Do not bypass security controls, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code or interfere with MME Flow systems.

Access

Unauthorised access

Do not access accounts, information, systems or resources that you are not authorised to use.

Automation

Harmful automated activity

Do not configure automated workflows to deceive, exploit, harass or unlawfully target recipients.

Rights

Third-party rights

Do not use content or information in a way that unlawfully infringes privacy, intellectual property or other third-party rights.

Messaging and customer communications

MME Flow enables businesses to communicate with customers, leads and other contacts through messaging channels and automated communication workflows.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact lists, messages, chatbot flows, campaigns and communication practices comply with applicable laws and the requirements of connected platforms.

  • Use contact information only where you are permitted to use it.
  • Obtain consent or other permissions where required.
  • Honour applicable opt-out and communication preference requests.
  • Avoid deceptive, misleading or prohibited messages.
  • Follow the policies and technical requirements of communication channels connected to MME Flow.

Your content and data

You remain responsible for the contacts, messages, campaign content, chatbot content, files, configurations, business information and other material that you provide, connect or process through your MME Flow account.

You permit MME Flow to host, transmit, process and otherwise handle that material only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure and support the services you request, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions and lawful authority required for information or material you process through MME Flow.

Our handling of personal information is also described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and integrations

MME Flow may allow you to connect APIs, messaging channels, applications or other third-party services. Those services are operated by independent providers and may have their own terms, policies, limitations and requirements.

Your choice to connect

You decide which supported third-party services you connect to your MME Flow account.

External requirements

Connected providers may impose separate account, messaging, API, content, billing or usage rules.

Service availability

Changes, restrictions or outages affecting a third-party provider may affect related MME Flow functionality.

Authorisations

You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts, credentials and permissions required for services you connect.

Plans, fees and billing

Certain MME Flow features may be offered through paid plans, subscriptions or optional services. The pricing and features available to you are shown through the relevant pricing, ordering or account process.

By purchasing a paid service, you agree to pay the charges presented and accepted during that purchase process, including applicable taxes or usage-based charges where they are specifically stated.

Billing periods, renewals, cancellations, plan changes and other commercial conditions are governed by the plan, checkout information, order form or other agreement associated with your account.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it reasonably up to date where required for your subscription or account.

Service changes and availability

MME Flow may add, update, improve or modify features as the platform develops, subject to applicable contractual commitments and legal requirements.

We work to provide a reliable service, but continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, infrastructure issues, internet failures, security events, connected platform changes or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service availability.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using MME Flow or cancel an applicable service in accordance with the plan or agreement associated with your account.

MME Flow may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where an account materially violates these Terms, creates security risks, is used unlawfully, fails to meet applicable payment obligations or creates material harm to users, third parties or the platform.

Where appropriate, MME Flow may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue before suspension or termination, unless immediate action is reasonably required.

Intellectual property

The MME Flow platform, website, interfaces, software, branding, documentation and related materials may be protected by intellectual property and other applicable rights.

Except for the right to access and use MME Flow in accordance with these Terms and your applicable plan, no ownership rights in the MME Flow platform are transferred to you.

You must not copy, distribute, sell, lease, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to derive protected source code except where expressly authorised or where applicable law does not permit such a restriction.

Service disclaimers

MME Flow provides communication and automation software intended to support business workflows.

Unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement, MME Flow does not guarantee any particular level of sales, revenue, customer engagement, message delivery, campaign performance or other business result.

Results and service outcomes may depend on your configuration, message content, customer behaviour, internet and infrastructure conditions, connected platforms and other factors outside MME Flow's reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any limitations or exclusions of liability relating to MME Flow will apply in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription, order form or separate written agreement.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit liability where applicable law does not allow that liability to be excluded, restricted or limited.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use MME Flow, the information and content you provide, the communications you send and the activities performed through accounts under your control.

Where permitted by applicable law and any agreement that applies to your account, you may be responsible for losses or claims arising from unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights, prohibited communications or a material breach of your obligations.

Applicable law and disputes

The governing law, jurisdiction and dispute process that apply to your use of MME Flow may depend on the contracting entity and any order form, subscription agreement or other written agreement associated with your account.

If a separate written agreement identifies governing law, jurisdiction or a dispute-resolution process, those provisions will apply to the extent stated in that agreement.

Changes to these Terms

MME Flow may update these Terms to reflect changes to the services, technology, business practices or applicable requirements.

When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be changed.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the website, platform, account notifications or other suitable methods.
